Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, product unavailability or inaccurate customer information. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other fees will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and validity periods.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous orders.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already accepted under that promotion.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions or incorrect delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Jenma Beauty will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Due to the personal nature of beauty and personal-care products, and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

This does not affect any rights available to you under applicable UAE consumer-protection laws.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@jenmabeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so our team can assist you.

Please do not dispose of or use a damaged or incorrect item before contacting us.

Product Use & Safety

Our products must be used according to the instructions provided on the packaging or website. Results may vary from person to person.

We recommend performing a patch test before using a new product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort or an allergic reaction occurs, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
